BRASA at UC Berkeley's main goal is to establish lasting relationships among Brazilian students at our university and with BRASA students from other universities abroad. Together, all BRASA organizations promote a “home away from home” environment that provides support and community to Brazilian university students who choose to study abroad. BRASA's goals are to promote the Brazilian culture and the Portuguese language, provide assistance in the application process for prospective students, organize events and panels within the BRASA community, and offer networking opportunities, including professional and academic exchange programs with leading Brazilian institutions.
